THE BOYZ showed its own strong presence by emitting a variety of charms with a combination of intense red and classic tones, while amplifying the atmosphere of the photo with poses and facial expressions that saved their individuality.
THE BOYZ recently met its fans with their debut song “Boy” at their fan meeting “THE B LAND.” Member NEW said, “We prepared the first performance because we thought you would especially want to see THE BOYZ perform in school uniforms. It’s our first song that means a lot to the fans and us.” KEVIN said, “The scene where we go to each seat by riding on a balloon at the beginning is a reproduction of the first scene of the “Boy” music video. Fans probably didn’t know that.” YOUNGHOON said, “Before, I had pressure to do well when preparing for the concert, but this time, I think I wanted to go crazy with THE BOYZ instead of doing well.“
Through this concert, THE BOYZ received a response as an “emerging performance masterpiece.” JU HAK NYEON said, “It was a moment to look back at at the beginning of the year rather than at the end of each year, and since it was a fan concert, we carefully selected songs that fans like from 1 to 100 and made the track list.”

THE BOYZ, who are in its eighth year since its debut, are about to start a new journey with a new company. About the field that THE BOYZ wants to go into in the future, YOUNGHOON said, “Even though people know about THE BOYZ, not many people are fully familiar with THE BOYZ’s songs. So I want to make a hit song that represents THE BOYZ because it’s a new beginning.” KEVIN said, “Also, I want to have a strong image as a ‘self-made’ group. There are many members in our team who are good at writing and composing. I’m looking forward to it because there are internal producers and CEOs who will support me musically.”
“The performance was designed to thank the fans, so we were able to perform comfortably and in our own way,” JUYEON said about performing “11 Princess” at the fan concert. “However, wearing a princess costume was more popular than the fancy performance we had prepared for months.” ERIC said, “I can’t forget the expression on THE B’s face that we looked into the eyes when we got closer to the fans in princess costumes. They were surprised, and I still remember that expression while she was sleeping. I want to apologize if you were scared. At first, I was embarrassed, but now that it’s the third day, I’m enjoying it more and more.“
When asked if there was a more coveted record for THE BOYZ, who had a successful year by reaching half a million copies sold with its ninth mini album, “도화선(導火線),” released last year, Q responded, “Of course, it would be nice to have a win, but now I think it’s more about, with what kind of feeling you made an album and what kind of time you put into it.” SANGYEON said, “I don’t get happy when I’m chasing awards. I think if you work hard on what you’re responsible for and what you want to do, the records will follow.” He emphasized that he will continue to be healthy and enjoy.
THE BOYZ called signing the full-group contract “one of our most memorable moments” and is looking forward to the future together. Referring to the performance before joining the military, the members also said, “The day we perform at Jamsil Main Stadium waiting for everyone to fulfill their obligations and return to the stage as a whole is the highlight of THE BOYZ.”
