KARD previously announced its 2025 North American “NEW ERA” tour, which was set to kick off in Nashville on February 27 and conclude in San Francisco on March 16.
On February 25, the group’s agency officially revealed that KARD‘s planned North American tour would no longer take place due to visa delays.
The company’s full statement is as follows :
“Hello, This is DSPmedia.
We regret to inform you that the KARD: NEW ERA 2025 NORTH AMERICA TOUR has been canceled due to delays in issuance of the artists’ working visas.
DSPmedia has worked closely with the promoter Konnect’d Entertainment and the agency HY LIVE to ensure a smooth execution. However, despite submitting all necessary documents in a timely manner, the working visas for both the artists and staff have yet to be issued. With little time remaining before the start of the tour, we deeply regret having to make this unfortunate announcement.
For those who have already purchased tickets, a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please refer to your ticket provider for further instructions.
We sincerely apologize to the fans who have been eagerly anticipating this tour and are truly sorry for the deep disappointment this has caused. We ask for your understanding and deeply regret not being able to meet your expectations.
