ONEWE, a talented band, won three victories in “Immortal Songs“.
ONEWE (Yonghoon, Kanghyun, Harin, Dongmyeong, Giuk) participated in the KBS2 episode of Baby Vox’s “Immortal Songs: Singing Legend,” which aired on March 15th, and was praised for their talent and visuals.
After the 3.1 special of “Immortal Songs,” which aired on the 1st, ONEWE once again took first place. Before the big stage, host Shin Dong Yup reflected on ONEWE’s performance: “Even though it was their first appearance, they beat the top seniors and won two victories, which really impressed the viewers.“
That day, ONEWE performed a reinterpretation of Baby Vox’s “인형” with a band sound, giving it a different charm from the original song. Just like YONGHOON and his bold ambition to “make us sexy,” ONEWE won the hearts of women with an explosive performance.
ONEWE, in particular, demonstrated exceptional skill by brilliantly eliciting the audience’s reaction. YONGHOON’s high notes, KANG HYUN‘s guitar solo, and GIUK’s powerful rap, in an increasingly intense atmosphere, earned a standing ovation from the audience.
After watching ONEWE’s performance, Baby Vox member Shim Eunjin said, “I’m a fan of ONEWE. I was impressed by your experimental music and your beautiful face, and I was surprised again by your rendition of ‘인형’. You were so sexy.” Lee Chanwon also said, “This is your second appearance on the show, and you continue to deliver incredible performances,” and EXID’s LE said, “I watched your performance with a warm smile.”
ONEWE thus surpassed its limits and won three rounds after its second appearance on “Immortal Songs.” Expectations are high for its future performances, as he won two matches in its debut and three in his comeback, thanks to his exceptional talent in a short period of time.
In addition, ONEWE will hold an international tour, “2025 ONEWE WORLD TOUR ‘O! NEW E!volution IV,'” in North America from April to May and in Seoul from June 14 to 15.
