Former WEEEKLY member SHIN JI YOON will perform a witty farewell song.

SHIN JI YOON‘s new digital single, “DID YOU LOVE ME?“, will be released on all music sites worldwide at noon KST on May 22 via global music platform AURORA.
The new song, “Did you love me?“, is inspired by SHIN JI YOON‘s experience of heartbreak in middle school and expresses the feelings of a woman confused and overwhelmed by such pain, with a catchy beat, an addictive chorus, and colorful lyrics.
The song is inspired by lyrics written by SHIN JI YOON in middle school. The verse and the rap of the second verse have been reinterpreted for adulthood. The rap notably incorporates the advice the 24-year-old gave him during middle school.
SHIN JI YOON said, “‘Swan, it’s a frog. Stop overthinking and go to sleep! You’re as beautiful as a swan and he’s as ugly as a frog! Stop overthinking and go to sleep!’ This is what I want to say to all the girls who are struggling to find a partner, to all the girls who cry every day because of love, because of men, and because of love. I hope you will let go of the unhealthy love that makes you cry and relieve your stress by dancing to this song,” she said.
SHIN JI YOON is a former member of the girl group WEEEKLY and has been actively involved in releasing a solo album under her real name since leaving the group.
The new song will be released after SHIN JI YOON was chosen as Aurora Muse, and will benefit from various promotions, including the availability of Aurora Album Link Tree, which connects 30 streaming sites in 249 countries.
