Group ENHYPEN has raised expectations for its comeback with a captivating teaser video.
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heesung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki) released a teaser video for “Bad Desire (With or Without You)” today at midnight KST, the title track from its sixth mini-album “DESIRE: UNLEASH.”
The teaser depicts ENHYPEN torn between heaven and hell. The beauty of the video highlights the striking contrast between a soothing white cloud and an anxious dark cloud. The mature visuals and the members’ expressive facial expressions enhance the immersion in the piece while also stimulating curiosity.
The music video particularly enhances the mysterious atmosphere by adding various sounds, such as the sound of wind and thunder, as well as excerpts from the song “Bad Desire (With or Without You).” Additionally, the narration recorded by ENHYPEN for the music video has been added. NI-KI‘s opening line, “I can’t exist without you,” embodies the whisper of the devil, heightening the tension.
The title track, “Bad Desire (With or Without You),” is a dance-pop song that depicts the overpowering desire to turn into a vampire in a chic atmosphere. Paradoxical lyrics like “너를 잃은 천국은 지옥인걸 (The heaven who lost you is hell)” and “너를 안은 지옥은 천국인걸 (The hell who holds you is heaven)” are performed by the seductive voices of the ENHYPEN members, hinting at their dangerous and deadly charms.
ENHYPEN’s sixth mini-album, “DESIRE: UNLEASH,” will be released on the 5th of next month at 1 PM KST. This new album will feature eight tracks, including the title track “Bad Desire (With or Without You),” “Flashover,” “Outside,” “Loose,” “Helium,” and “Too close.”
ENHYPEN will be performing at the 2025 Asia Star Entertainer Awards, presented by Zozotown, at the K-Arena in Yokohama, Japan, today.
