PARK YOOCHUN
PARK YOOCHUN, former member of the group JYJ, has shared an update from Japan, where he remains active following multiple controversies.

Currently living and working in Japan after stepping away from the Korean entertainment scene, PARK YOOCHUN gave fans a glimpse into his life abroad.
On June 9, he posted a photo on his social media, along with a message in Japanese that read: “Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
The photo shows him taking a selfie, wearing a white cap, after a fan meeting in Japan. He appears barefaced and casual, which caught the attention of many fans.
PARK YOOCHUN continues his activities in Japan, and on June 4, he held a fan meeting to celebrate his birthday with local fans.
To recall, PARK YOOCHUN was at the center of major controversies in 2016, when he faced multiple accusations of sexual assault. Although he was eventually cleared of all four cases, he made headlines again in 2019 after being charged with drug use alongside his former fiancée. He was sentenced to 10 months in prison, suspended for two years.
At the time, he had denied the allegations and publicly stated, “If I’m found guilty of drug use, I will retire from the entertainment industry.” However, once his guilt was confirmed, he reversed his decision to retire, which led to significant public backlash.
He was later involved in a legal dispute with his agency and was listed as a high-debt habitual delinquent. Due to these ongoing issues, he shifted his career overseas and is now actively engaging with fans in Japan through fan meetings, dinner shows, and other events.
