The new entertainment company B-Wave Entertainment (hereafter B-Wave) is preparing for a fresh start.

On June 18, B-Wave officially announced its launch, expressing its ambition to lead K-pop culture across various fields.
B-Wave’s CEO is Gu Bon Young, former Head of Production at FNC Entertainment and RBW, known as “the father of artists.” Gu is a key figure with extensive hands-on experience in the K-pop industry and has been appointed to lead the company.
In addition, many seasoned K-pop experts have joined B-Wave, and several top producers are also expected to come on board. B-Wave plans to create high-value content and grow into a full-fledged global music entertainment company.
B-Wave was founded with Middle Eastern and global funding from Innocus Global Group, based in Singapore. Ricky Ow, former President of Warner Asia and current CEO of Innocus Global, stated that through B-Wave, he intends to once again showcase the power of global culture. He also revealed that B-Wave will expand its entertainment ventures with its affiliated companies: Beatro, Korea’s top lightstick manufacturer, and Denable, a virtual artist studio.
CEO Gu Bon Young shared:
“With our wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the K-pop industry, we plan to take a leading role in artist training, production, and management. We will expand into concerts, album production, and other areas.”
He added, “Rather than simply following trends, we aim to create new musical trends and build the global music market with our proven skills and network. We will work hard to deliver the positive wave of culture to everyone, through all of life’s ups and downs.”
