The group TREASURE continues its rise by being invited to Japan’s leading summer music show, “2025 FNS Kayosai Summer.”
According to YG Entertainment, TREASURE will appear live on July 2 on Fuji TV’s “2025 FNS Kayosai Summer.” Listed in the third lineup of artists, TREASURE is set to perform BIGBANG’s iconic song “Fantastic baby,” igniting an explosive reaction from local fans.
“FNS Kayosai” is one of Japan’s major music programs, broadcast each summer and at the end of the year. This will be TREASURE’s second appearance, following its end-of-2024 debut where they impressed with the Japanese version of “Stupid” from their second full album “REBOOT,” as well as a collaboration with Japanese artist Koda Kumi. For this new performance, they are expected to once again showcase their signature YG-style energy and hip-hop flair.
Celebrating its 4th anniversary since debuting in Japan, TREASURE continues to dominate various music charts and make waves in the Japanese market. All of its albums have reached No. 1, and its special mini-album “PLEASURE,” released in March, topped Oricon’s Western Albums Weekly Chart for three consecutive weeks. They also ranked among the top album sellers in the first half of 2025, according to Billboard Japan, proving their enduring popularity.
The “2025 TREASURE FAN CONCERT [SPECIAL MOMENT] IN JAPAN,” held last month, drew in 150,000 fans, with every show sold out. With this tour, TREASURE surpassed one million total attendees for its solo concerts in Japan, further cementing their status as powerhouse performers.
Riding this momentum, a live album of the concert—“2025 TREASURE FAN CONCERT [SPECIAL MOMENT] IN JAPAN LIVE CD”—will be released soon. It will feature 17 live tracks along with special Japanese versions of “Yellow” and “Last night.”
To celebrate the release, pop-up stores titled “MEMORIES OF SPECIAL MOMENT” will open in major Japanese cities. Starting June 26 in Namba (Osaka), followed by Shinjuku and Shibuya (Tokyo) from June 28 to July 7, these stores will feature tour exhibits and exclusive merchandise, offering fans a fully immersive experience.
TREASURE will continue their busy schedule with more major music events, including “2025 Show! Music Core in JAPAN” at Saitama Belluna Dome on July 5, and “Summer Sonic 2025” on August 16 at Expo ’70 Commemorative Park in Osaka—continuing to share passionate moments with fans across the globe.
