K-POP content company RBW recently successfully completed the first cohort of its hands-on training program, the “2025 Enter Business Master Class.”

On June 12, a graduation ceremony was held at RBW’s headquarters, where 25 trainees received certificates after completing 170 hours of intensive training over 11 weeks. This program is part of a youth work experience support project (ESG) backed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It offers a practical curriculum covering both theoretical and hands-on aspects of the content industry.
The highlight of this inaugural cohort was the official release of the project album “여름맛 서울” (Summer Flavor Seoul), designed and produced entirely by the trainees themselves. The album, available since June 5 on various streaming platforms, features five summer-inspired tracks about Seoul, including “스파클링 한강” (Sparkling Han River) and “망원동 빙수 클럽” (Mangwon-dong Bingsu Club). The trainees were involved in every stage of the process—from planning and production to recording and filming the music video.
One trainee shared, “This wasn’t just training—it was a real professional experience producing an album. I was able to grow both my confidence and my skills.”
Through this program, RBW has contributed to youth employment and the implementation of ESG management practices, while reinforcing its commitment to nurturing talent for the future of the content industry. The company plans to continue the “Enter Business Master Class” program to train future professionals in the field. Post-training support will also be provided to help graduates with career placement.
