The KM Chart highlights the key players who led K-MUSIC in the second quarter of this year.

The global standard K-pop chart, KM Chart, has revealed the list of nominees for the “2025 KM Chart Season Best Summer” (hereafter “2025 Season Best Summer”) and launched a popularity poll (across 7 categories) running until July 14.
The “2025 Season Best Summer” awards the most popular artists and songs from Q2 2025 (April to June). Seven categories will be recognized: songs, artists, groups, soloists, and more. Popular nominees include G-DRAGON, BOYNEXTDOOR, SEVENTEEN, YOUNGTAK, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and ENHYPEN, promising heated voting activity.
In the “BEST K-MUSIC” (Best Song) category, 24 tracks are nominated, including “오늘만 I LOVE U” by BOYNEXTDOOR, “Thunder” by SEVENTEEN, “SuperSuper” by YOUNGTAK, “Drowning” by WOODZ, “Don’t say you love me” by JIN (BTS), “Love language” by TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and “Dash” by P1HARMONY.
The “BEST K-MUSIC ARTIST” category features 17 nominated artists or groups, including SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, YOUNGTAK, LIM YOUNG WOONG, and J-HOPE (BTS).
For the “BEST HOT CHOICE” (Popularity) category, 17 male artists or groups such as KANG DANIEL, MONSTA X, N.SIGN, LEE CHAN WON, and JANG MINHO compete, while 17 female artists or groups like DREAMCATCHER, SOLAR (MAMAMOO), SECRET NUMBER, EXID, ITZY, TZUYU (TWICE), and HWASA (MAMAMOO) are nominated.
The “BEST ROOKIE” category includes 8 male candidates (groups or soloists) like NEXZ, RIIZE, BIG OCEAN, CLOSE YOUR EYES, and 8 female candidates such as BABYMONSTER, ILLIT, UNIS, and HEARTS2HEARTS.
The “BEST SOLO” category brings together 14 nominees, including KANG DANIEL, KWON EUNBI, KIM JAEJOONG, DAESUNG (BIGBANG), DOYOUNG (NCT), MARK (NCT), and YOOK SUNGJAE.
The popularity poll for “2025 Season Best Summer,” open until July 14, is accessible via the “My1Pick” and “Idol Champ” apps. Results will be calculated by combining votes equally (50% each) from both apps.
