Rookie four-member girl group CRAZANGEL (크레이즈엔젤) is set to officially debut on July 10, and they’ve already begun building a warm connection with fans by sharing selfies along with handwritten letters.
On July 2, CRAZANGEL shared selfies of all four members, SOLMI, DAZE, SHANNIE, and AHON, on their official social media accounts, accompanied by heartfelt handwritten messages, marking the beginning of their sincere communication with fans.
The group’s name, CRAZANGEL, is a combination of “Craze”, symbolizing trendiness, excitement, and passion, and “Angel”, representing purity. True to their name, the group aspires to light up the stage with fiery passion while bringing joy and healing to fans as “angels.” Through their letters, the members shared their heartfelt emotions and excitement leading up to their debut, touching the hearts of their growing global fandom.
SOLMI shared, “I’m so excited thinking about meeting you. Every day feels full of anticipation,” while DAZE added, “Let’s create beautiful memories together,” expressing her hopes for the journey ahead with fans.
SHANNIE, a Hong Kong native, wrote, “You’ve waited so long, haven’t you? I can’t wait to let you hear our debut song!” Lastly, AHON, the youngest member (maknae), warmly shared, “I pray that every day spent with me will always be filled with happiness.”
CRAZANGEL is made up of skilled vocalists, all capable of delivering strong live performances using handheld microphones. Each member brings a distinct personality and charm, and with the ability to communicate in four different languages, they’re entering the music scene as an all-around “hexagonal” girl group with global appeal.
CRAZANGEL will release its debut album “I’M JUST ME” on July 10 at 6 PM KST across various music streaming platforms. The title track, also named “I’m just me”, is a collaboration with renowned composer Lee Kyung Seob, known for shaping the sound of the Y2K era. Young up-and-coming writers also contributed to the track, heightening anticipation for the group’s official debut.
