Belift Lab, the K-pop agency behind the successful groups ILLIT and ENHYPEN, and a subsidiary of HYBE, announced on Friday that it is launching a talent recruitment campaign to form its next boy group.

Boys born between 2007 and 2014 are eligible to apply. Auditions are open to anyone with skills in singing, rapping, dancing, or music production.
Candidates who pass the initial online screening will move on to in-person auditions, during which Belift Lab representatives will travel to meet applicants “no matter where you are.” The agency states that this new approach reflects its commitment to discovering top-tier talent on a global scale.
Online applications opened Friday at 6 p.m. KST and will remain open until December 31 on Belift Lab’s official website.
Belift Lab is best known for launching ENHYPEN, which sold over 5.45 million albums last year and became the fastest overseas group to perform in a Japanese stadium, reaching this milestone just four years and seven months after debuting.
Rookie girl group ILLIT is also experiencing global success, becoming the first K-pop group to enter both the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Chart with a debut track, and in record time. All three of the group’s albums have since charted on the Billboard 200, highlighting their impressive global impact.
