Girl group BLACKPINK has reached the No. 1 spot on iTunes’ Top Songs chart in 47 countries with its new full-group release, “Jump”, its first comeback in 2 years and 10 months, YG Entertainment announced on July 12.

Released the previous day at 1 p.m. KST, the track climbed to the top of the charts in regions including South America, Europe, and Asia. It also ranked 3rd in the U.S. and 4th in the U.K., and claimed the No. 1 position on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart.
“Jump” is driven by a powerful, addictive beat, with a standout chorus. It features guitar riffs reminiscent of Western films, blended with the group members’ unique vocal tones.
The music video was directed by Dave Meyers, winner of the Grammy Award for Best Music Video.
With striking visuals and a playful, creative take on BLACKPINK’s narrative, the video quickly drew attention. On its release day, it shot to No. 1 on YouTube’s Trending Music chart and surpassed 26 million views.
BLACKPINK kicked off its world tour “DEADLINE” on July 5–6 with a concert at Goyang Main Stadium. They will go on to perform in 16 cities, including Los Angeles and Chicago in the U.S., Toronto in Canada, New York, and Paris, France.
