The group H.Y.B is back with a new track featuring a band/rock sound.
Today (the 13th) at 6 PM KST, H.Y.B, composed of HUH GAK, SHIN YONGJAE, and LIM HANBYUL, will release its new single “별의 순간 (The Moment of the Star)” on various online music streaming platforms.
“별의 순간” comes just one month after its previous release, “이게 뭐냔 말이야 (What Is This, Really?)”. This new track showcases H.Y.B’s expanding musical spectrum, blending bold brass lines, dramatic strings, and experimental synthesizer sounds.
With its fast tempo, dynamic arrangement, and a powerful vocal build-up in the second half, the voices of HUH GAK, SHIN YONGJAE, and LIM HANBYUL intertwine in perfect harmony, promising an emotionally stirring experience for listeners.
A notable highlight is that SHIN YONGJAE participated directly in composing the track. Additionally, the lyrics, penned by Kim Eana, one of South Korea’s top lyricists, reflect H.Y.B’s unique identity and deliver a heartfelt message to its fans, adding a polished final touch to the song.
Even before its official release, H.Y.B had already attracted attention by previewing “별의 순간” during the opening of their nationwide tour. Now, with the announcement of the official release, fans’ anticipation continues to grow.
Currently, H.Y.B is on their national tour titled “허용별 콘서트 : 보컬 전쟁 시즌2 – The War of Vocalists II (H.Y.B Concert: Vocal War Season 2 – The War of Vocalists II).” After successful shows in Suwon, Jeonju, Seoul, Busan, Cheonan, Daegu, and Gwangju, the group will continue its tour with upcoming concerts in Goyang on July 19, Incheon on August 3, and Daejeon on August 30.
