SOYOU reveals a performance video that marks the peak of her artistic transformation.

Singer SOYOU has released a performance video showcasing the culmination of her visual and artistic reinvention since joining her new agency, Magic Strawberry Sound.
On July 23 at 6 p.m. KST, SOYOU uploaded the performance video for her digital single “PDA” on Magic Strawberry Sound’s official YouTube channel.
Following the release of the “PDA” music video on July 16, this new video further highlights SOYOU’s refreshed musical direction and visual concept, earning enthusiastic reactions from fans.
Notably, SOYOU’s signature subtle expressiveness and controlled energy add emotional depth and rhythm to the track’s storytelling. The atmosphere on set was reportedly upbeat yet focused, resulting in a high-quality production.
The choreography for “PDA” was crafted through a collaboration between dance crew LACHICA, known from Season 1 of Mnet’s “Street Woman Fighter”, and performance director REDLIC, who has previously worked with G-DRAGON, EXO, and AESPA. Their combined styles produced elegant movements and sophisticated staging that brought a new dimension to the song’s energy.

REDLIC also directed the performance in the official “PDA” music video, designing the overall mood and stage flow. The performance video, on the other hand, was directed by BLACK.Q, known for his creative stage direction with artists like SUNMI, HYOLYN, and I-DLE, as well as his work on iconic performances for NEWJEANS like “Attention” and “Hype boy.”
“PDA” is a dance track that blends early 2000s pop, R&B, and Miami bass, marking SOYOU’s fresh start under Magic Strawberry Sound. As her first release with the new label, the single represents a significant turning point in her career, raising anticipation for her future projects.
