The international girl group GIRLSET from JYP Entertainment has released individual teasers for its new single.
GIRLSET will make their comeback on August 29 with the single “COMMAS” and its title track of the same name. On August 7, the group posted the online cover and a preview video of the new song on its official social media, and on the morning of August 9, they revealed individual photos showcasing the intense aura of the four members.
In the photos, LEXI, CAMILA, KENDALL, and SAVANNA each display a personality as striking as the dominant red color. CAMILA and SAVANNA catch the eye with unique poses while wearing distinctive fashion items such as long gloves and red sunglasses. LEXI and KENDALL express their charisma through close-up portraits, and their deliberately tousled hairstyles add a cool vibe, sparking curiosity about the story GIRLSET is about to tell.
“Commas” is a summer song unique to GIRLSET, designed to blow away the sweltering heat with an upbeat rhythm, dynamic melody, and harmonious vocals. The track was produced by Tommy “TBHits” Brown, who has worked with international stars like Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, and The Weeknd, as well as Theron Thomas, the creator behind many global K-pop hits including Jungkook’s “Seven (feat. Latto)” and Rosé’s “APT.”, and collaborator with artists such as Lizzo and Doja Cat.
Under the name GIRLSET, LEXI, CAMILA, KENDALL, and SAVANNA express their ambition to define for themselves, without limits, the infinite meaning and future that awaits them.
