The group CIX is making a comeback on September 8 with a new series of projects.
CIX (BX, Seunghun, Yonghee, Hyunsuk) revealed on August 14 at midnight KST, via their official social media, the promotional schedule image for their eighth EP album, “GO Chapter 1: GO Together,” announcing for the first time the album title and comeback date.
With this title, CIX marks the beginning of the new “GO” series. Since their debut in 2019, the group has built its unique universe through the “HELLO” and “OK” album series. The opening of the first chapter of this third series has therefore raised high expectations for CIX’s new songs and the story they will present.
Ahead of the comeback, the group will release a trailer video on August 16 and will roll out a variety of content day by day: individual and group concept photos in three versions, the Stellar Story Script, tracklist, two music video teasers, an album preview, and more. The Stellar Story Script, with its enigmatic teaser titles, especially heightens curiosity around the storytelling of “GO Chapter 1: GO Together.”
CIX has consistently demonstrated mastery of solid concepts and a wide range of genres through high-quality EPs and full albums. This year, following the release of their seventh EP “THUNDER FEVER” in January, the group returns with a new EP just eight months later, maintaining an active pace of two comebacks in a single year.
CIX’s eighth EP, “GO Chapter 1: GO Together,” will be available on September 8 at 6 PM KST on all online music platforms.
