B.A.P member JUNG DAEHYUN has officially signaled his return.
According to his agency MA Entertainment on August 18, JUNG DAEHYUN’s digital single “행로” marks his third solo project, following “Aight” in 2020 and “Stay” in 2023. This new release showcases the artist’s emotional depth and vocal range.
Through this song, JUNG DAEHYUN offers comfort and courage to those embracing the imperfections of youth while moving at their own pace. The single includes three tracks: the lead song “행로,” its Japanese version, and an instrumental version.
In the released photos, JUNG DAEHYUN sits in a dark space, staring intensely at the camera, radiating a sense of solitude. In another image, under a cloudy sky, he sits calmly, conveying a quiet yet steadfast inner strength. His unique sensitivity and more mature musical storytelling are fully reflected, while the message of “행로,” symbolizing the rejection of imposed frameworks and the courage to take a new path, is highlighted, generating high anticipation.
Previously, on August 11, JUNG DAEHYUN revealed a 50-second slogan video for “행로.” The video featured a dramatic passage from a dark underground tunnel to a blue sky, visually illustrating the emotional journey from confusion to hope, and quickly attracted attention.
At the end of the video, the main slogan of “행로,” “IT’S NOT OVER,” appears, accompanied by the lyrics:
“At the end of this path, I will bloom and shine”
These words ignited excitement among waiting fans.
MA Entertainment stated:
“JUNG DAEHYUN’s new single, ‘행로,’ encapsulates his musical journey so far and contains a more mature sensitivity and message. We are putting our heart into creating a work that will remain in the fans’ memories for a long time. Pre-orders began on August 14, and we hope the public eagerly anticipates his upcoming comeback stage.”
The single “행로” will be released on September 2.
