CORTIS
BigHit Music’s new boy band, CORTIS, will release an English version of their debut song “What you want” on August 22, the agency announced Tuesday.

This English version will feature U.S. singer-songwriter Teezo Touchdown, whom the members met last year during an open music camp in Los Angeles, according to BigHit Music.
“Teezo Touchdown had no idea who CORTIS was but happily agreed to collaborate after seeing the five members create their music,“ the agency said.
According to BigHit Music, “What you want” was made with a “free-spirited” approach. The new English version will showcase the demo they recorded together.
CORTIS debuted on Monday as BigHit Music’s first rookie group in six years.
Billed as a “young creator crew,” the group is heavily involved in HYBE’s creative process, both for its own music and for other artists. All members are credited for producing their debut EP “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES”, and as co-directors of the pre-debut music video for “GO!”, the EP’s intro track, which was released on August 11.
