BTS is bringing its live concerts to cinemas around the world.

On August 20, BTS announced a special event by releasing the main poster for “BTS MOVIE WEEKS” on the group’s official social media channels. This large-scale project will screen BTS’s live performances in over 2,000 cinemas across 65 countries/regions, from September 24 to October 5. The theaters worldwide will be illuminated by the ARMY Bomb, the official light stick, to give fans an unforgettable experience.
“BTS MOVIE WEEKS” will feature four concerts that showcase the group’s journey and most memorable moments, including:

BTS 2016 Live 花樣年華 On Stage: Epilogue, the first concert held at the KSPO Dome.

BTS 2017 Live Trilogy EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR THE FINAL, which marked their rise as global artists after winning one of the three major American music awards, the Billboard Music Awards.

BTS 2019 WORLD TOUR ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF’ LONDON, a historic concert as the first solo performance by a Korean artist at Wembley Stadium, drawing 120,000 attendees over two days.

BTS 2021 MUSTER SOWOOZOO, an online fan meeting celebrating the group’s 8th anniversary, watched by over 1.33 million people across 195 countries/regions, demonstrating their immense global connection even during the pandemic.
BigHit Music stated:

The BTS MOVIE WEEKS films have been remastered in ultra-high-definition 4K and 5.1 surround sound, maximizing immersion and giving viewers the feeling of attending the concerts live.
In Korea, screenings will take place at Megabox cinemas from September 23 to October 21. Tickets will be available starting September 10. On September 23, a special session at Megabox Coex will showcase all four concerts consecutively. During the first week, the 2016 and 2017 concerts will be screened, the second week will feature the 2019 and 2021 concerts, and during the third and fourth weeks, all four films will be shown. International screening dates will vary by country/region; details are available on the official BTS MOVIE WEEKS website.
Additionally, BTS officially announced the release of a new album next spring along with a large-scale world tour. Since July, the members have been gradually traveling to the United States to focus on music production and tour preparations while actively engaging with fans through Weverse and other platforms.
