KICKFLIP
The JYP Entertainment boy group KICKFLIP confirmed its presence as a “K-pop Super Rookie” at the “2025 TIMA”.

KICKFLIP performed on August 23 at the Galaxy Arena in Macau for the “2025 TIMA” (TMELive International Music Awards), expanding their global reach. The “2025 TIMA” is a prestigious international music awards ceremony organized by Tencent Music Entertainment Group, a leading company in China’s music industry. The fact that KICKFLIP, a rookie group, was included in the lineup just seven months after its debut drew considerable attention.
KYEHOON, AMARU, DONGHWA, JUWANG, MINJE, KEIJU, and DONGHYEON delivered an explosive performance that thrilled the audience at the “2025 TIMA”. The show opened with a solo dance by DONGHWA, instantly capturing the crowd’s attention. The seven members then demonstrated their full potential as “next-generation stage masters” with dynamic choreography and solid live vocals. The audience responded enthusiastically, chanting “KickFlip!” and following the official fan chant. Excitement peaked during their catchy debut album track “응 그래” and the title track “Freeze” from their second mini-album.
KICKFLIP stated:
“We will never forget the support and love you showed us today. Thanks to you, we were able to deliver an even more enjoyable performance. We promise to repay you with even more amazing stages. We hope to see you often.”
This summer, in addition to the “2025 TIMA”, KICKFLIP has been making waves on global stages such as Lollapalooza Chicago and Summer Sonic 2025 in Japan. On August 21, they were also recognized at the 2025 K World Dream Awards, held at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul, receiving the “Super Rookie K-World Dream” award, confirming their meteoric rise.
