BTOB has once again proven its blazing popularity.

According to global K-pop voting site KTOPSTAR, which reflects the current landscape of the K-pop scene, BTOB ranked No. 1 in the 61st edition of the “Best Idol (Male)” category, based on votes collected from August 25 to August 31.
After giving up the top spot last week, BTOB successfully reclaimed the throne, showing its continued strength and consistency. Close behind was B.I, who made a sharp climb and proved his rising popularity, while EXO took third place.
SEO EUNKWANG, LEE MINHYUK, LIM HYUNSIK, and PENIEL, members of BTOB Company, won the “K-World Dream Listener’s Choice” award at the “2025 K WORLD DREAM AWARDS”, held on August 21 at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul, demonstrating their widespread appeal both in Korea and internationally.
The four members had released new songs each month from October to December last year as part of the “BECOMING PROJECT,” bringing an emotional touch to the end of the year. In March of this year, those songs were compiled into the EP album “BTODAY”, which delivered messages of warm comfort and hopeful tomorrows, earning them tremendous love from fans. This project ultimately led to their award win.
Upon receiving the “K-World Dream Listener’s Choice” award, BTOB shared:
“It’s such a great honor, and we’re deeply grateful to receive this award alongside so many amazing artists at such a beautiful ceremony. But most of all, to our Melody (our official fandom name), who we love more than anything… We love you.”
