On September 22, YG Entertainment uploaded the “[WE GO UP] MOOD CLIP (Night ver.)” on its official channel. This motion graphics video, reflecting the overall concept of the new album, revealed more about the upcoming mini-album “WE GO UP”.
From the first seconds, a punchy beat plays alongside a black-and-white setting accented with neon green highlights, immediately grabbing attention. Rapid camera transitions through skyscrapers create a distinct tension, and the vast city paired with a refined aesthetic hints at a high-scale production.
Additionally, the BABYMONSTER logos and the phrase “WE GO UP”, the album and title track, appear on traffic lights, billboards, and long avenues, literally taking over the streets. This conveys strong confidence: spreading their music across the world and rising even higher, building anticipation among viewers.
BABYMONSTER’s 2nd mini-album “WE GO UP” will be released on October 10 at 1 PM KST. It will feature 4 tracks: the energetic hip-hop title track “We go up”, as well as “Psycho”, “Supa dupa luv”, and “Wild”, offering a richer and more diverse musical universe.
