The group BAE173 returns with the release of its first studio album.
On October 14 at 6 PM KST, BAE173 will release all tracks from their first album “NEW CHAPTER: DESEAR” on all streaming platforms.
This album marks the group’s first studio release since its debut five years ago and represents the fruit of its musical growth as well as a significant new artistic direction for the team.
“NEW CHAPTER: DESEAR“, whose title in Spanish means “to wish, to hope,” conveys a sincere message. The album flows through tracks with varied colors, from the pre-released single “단 하루 하루만 내 여자친구가 돼줄래”, to T-ara’s “왜 이러니”, up to the energetic title track “Turned up”, creating a musical narrative unique to BAE173.
The title track “Turned up” combines a catchy hook with dynamic beats, expressing the group’s nostalgia and affection for their fans after a period of separation. Members BIT and YOUNGSEO participated in writing the lyrics, adding authenticity and depth to the song’s message.
With trendy sounds and a wide range of genres, the album promises to showcase the musical evolution and maturity of BAE173. The pre-released singles generated significant excitement with social media challenges, increasing anticipation for the six tracks on the album, including the title track.
