Actor PARK BO GUM will be one of the hosts of the “2025 MAMA Awards”, announced CJ ENM on October 29.
According to CJ ENM, PARK BO GUM will host the first day of the ceremony, which will take place on November 28 and 29 at the Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong.
This will be his seventh time serving as host. The actor previously held this role from 2017 to 2019, and again from 2022 to 2024. CJ ENM stated:
“We hope PARK BO GUM will leave a lasting impression on K-pop fans around the world through his warm communication and natural charm on stage.”
The MAMA Awards are an annual award ceremony organized by CJ ENM to celebrate K-pop.
The lineup for this 2025 edition includes: ALLDAY PROJECT, ALPHA DRIVE ONE, BABYMONSTER, BOYNEXTDOOR, BEOMJUP, CORTIS, ENHYPEN, HEARTS2HEARTS, IVE, IZNA, KICKFLIP, MIYAO, RIIZE, STRAY KIDS, SUPER JUNIOR, TWS, ZEROBASEONE, AESPA, G-DRAGON, IDID, I-DLE, JO1, KYOKA, MIRROR, NCT WISH, TXT, and TREASURE, among others.
The concept-slogan for this edition is “Eo-Heung (어-흥),” which highlights the joyful energy felt when singing and dancing freely. CJ ENM explained that the show will emphasize this theme through an intense visual and auditory experience.
