The first Korean visual rock group, EVE, celebrates its 30th anniversary and performed on a music program for the first time in 20 years.

EVE made a spectacular comeback on October 18 on MBC’s “Show! Music Core” with their new song “Joker’s party.” The performance video drew massive attention, reaching 250,000 views just five days after its release.
Viewers commented, “I thought it was IVE, but it’s EVE!” and “After more than 20 years, it’s exactly the same,” expressing admiration for the group’s visuals and professionalism. Despite its long absence from screens, EVE delivered a flawless live performance, earning fans’ nickname of “frozen.”
The new song “Joker’s party,” released on October 17, is their first in about five years since “잠에 취해” and “로봇의 사랑,” which came out in December 2020.
With this release, EVE announced its “10th album” project: “We will hold solo concerts every 2 to 3 months and present new songs at each performance. The full studio album 10 will be released in winter 2026.”
Since its debut in 1998, EVE has been admired for its bold visual rock concept and high-quality stage performances.
In 2017, after 16 years, the group reunited with the original members to release their 9th album “ROMANTIC SHOW.” They subsequently sold out 2,000-seat venues such as Yes24 Live Hall and Jangchung Gymnasium but paused activities due to the pandemic.
The solo concert “Joker’s party,” the first event after the hiatus, was a complete success, with all main seats and encore tickets selling out in just 30 seconds.
Furthermore, EVE plans to release a new song at the end of November and hold its second concert on December 6 at Hongdae West Bridge, once again meeting its fans.
