HUNTRIX, SAJABOYS
A clash between HUNTR/X and SAJABOYS will take place during the “2025 MAMA AWARDS”.
On November 11, a press conference for the “2025 MAMA AWARDS” was held at the CJ ENM Talent Studio in Sangam-dong, Seoul. The event brought together Park Chan Wook, head of the conventions department, as well as producers Lee Young-joo and Ma Doo-sik.
The “2025 MAMA AWARDS” will be held at the Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on November 28 and 29. PARK BO GUM will host the first day, while KIM HYE SOO will host the second.
Executive producer MA DOO SIK stated:
“Through an official collaboration between the Netflix animated film “KPOP DEMON HUNTERS” and the “MAMA AWARDS”, we will present a stage that transcends the boundaries between animation and reality. The duel between SAJABOYS and HUNTR/X, who fight for their souls, will be recreated live on stage.”
According to the organizers, several K-pop artists will transform into members of HUNTR/X and SAJABOYS for this collaborative performance. They added: “Since this is an official collaboration performance, Korean K-pop artists will embody both groups. The final lineup adjustments are currently underway.”
This year’s ceremony concept is “UH-HEUNG”, an expression symbolizing self-acceptance in all its diversity, beyond regions, races, and cultures—and the courage to live fully according to one’s own identity.
On the first day, performances will feature ALPHADRIVEONE, BABYMONSTER, BOYNEXTDOOR, BUMSUP, ENHYPEN, HEART2HEARTS, I-DLE, IVE, MEOVV, MIRROR, NCT WISH, SUPER JUNIOR, TREASURE, and TWS.
On the second day, the lineup will include AESPA, ALLDAY PROJECT, CORTIS, G-DRAGON, IDID, IZNA, JO1, KICKFLIP, KYOKA, RIIZE, STRAY KIDS, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and ZEROBASEONE.
