The sub-unit of the group SEVENTEEN, S.COUPS X MINGYU, will hold live parties in five cities, in Korea and abroad.

According to PLEDIS ENTERTAINMENT of HYBE MUSIC GROUP on November 28, S.COUPS X MINGYU will kick off the festivities of the “CxM [DOUBLE UP] LIVE PARTY” from January 23 to 25 next year at the Inspire Arena in Incheon.
The concerts will continue on January 31 and February 1 at the IG Arena in Aichi, on February 5 and 6 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, and on February 13 and 14 at BEXCO in Busan. After a short break, S.COUPS X MINGYU will conclude the “CxM [DOUBLE UP] LIVE PARTY” on April 25 and 26 at the Kaohsiung Arena in Kaohsiung.
The concert title, “DOUBLE UP”, appears in the lyrics of the song “Fiesta” from their first mini-album released last September, illustrating the even stronger presence of the two artists when together. With an album full of their own rhythm, they promise to deliver even more powerful HYPE VIBES to the audience during these live parties.
With the mini-album “HYPE VIBES”, S.COUPS X MINGYU broke various records, confirming their massive popularity. The album sold over 887,000 copies in the first week alone, setting the highest initial sales for a Kpop unit album. It also reached 71st place on the Billboard 200, the highest ranking ever achieved by a Kpop unit on the main American chart.
The track “5, 4, 3 (Pretty Woman) (feat. Lay Bankz)” topped major Korean charts and ranked among the top positions on the Worldwide iTunes Song chart, achieving widespread success. Thanks to the album and single performances, S.COUPS X MINGYU rose to 1st place on the Billboard Emerging Artists chart, staying six consecutive weeks on the chart.
