The virtual idol group PLAVE participated in a donation for reconstruction after a residential building fire in Hong Kong.
On November 28, PLAVE stated on their official Weibo account:
“We, PLAVE, were deeply saddened to learn of the disaster in Hong Kong, China. We extend our sincere condolences to all the victims and pay our utmost respect to those who devoted themselves at the risk of their lives for the rescue operations.”
The group added: “It is painful to know that many people are suffering greatly due to this sudden tragedy, and we are very concerned for our fans in Hong Kong who always support us warmly. We wish to contribute by making a donation of 250,000 HKD (approximately 30 thousand euros) to the Hong Kong Red Cross.”
Finally, PLAVE specified: “We hope this donation will be used meaningfully for fire relief, assistance to the victims, and the distribution of essential goods, and we sincerely pray for the safety of everyone.”
