The former director of ADOR, MIN HEEJIN, revealed her future plans for launching a boy group.

On December 4, MIN HEEJIN appeared on the YouTube channel “장르만 여의도”.
She stated: “I heard that the company was created as a disguised blessing, and since then, I have received a lot of contact nationally and internationally. It is a grateful situation. Many offer their help, so the situation is favorable.”
Previously, in August, MIN HEEJIN had been relieved of her duties as CEO of ADOR, a label under HYBE, and eventually left her position as an executive. It was reported that after about a year, she founded a new label, OAAK RECORDS.
She shared her feelings: “Before, I couldn’t really enjoy my work. Even when NEWJEANS did well, I felt depressed and empty. I had given too much and it left me empty. By going through these situations, I strangely learned a lot. I understood the value of work, why work is precious, why I fight, and how to overcome the essence of these struggles.”
MIN HEEJIN also outlined her plans for the future management of her company:
“I want to shorten the duration of contracts, no 7-year contracts. We must work together because we want to, not because of a standard contract, which still has many gaps. Contracts are often made from the employer’s perspective. Many young people sign without knowing what becoming an idol entails.”
She added: “Those who draft contracts don’t always know the field. I want to make proposals. That is also why I want to launch a label. It is not simply for money. If we work well, money will naturally follow. I do not intend to create a girl group for now. I want to launch a boy group.”
