The member TAEHYUN of TOMORROW X TOGETHER announced the successful start of his busking with his unique sensitivity and voice.
TAEHYUN appeared on December 20 on the program airing for the first time on ENA, “Change Street (체인지 스트릿)”. “Change Street” is an innovative cultural program where representative artists from Korea and Japan enter each other’s streets, languages, and emotions to communicate through music.
On that day, TAEHYUN was the first busking participant. He went to a park in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, and told the local audience: “I’m nervous to sing alone after always being with the members. I will make sure you can feel the emotions even if I sing in Korean.” Then, he performed with his soft and emotional voice “거리에서” by SUNG SI KYUNG. His performance captivated passersby, and even the MCs in the studio expressed their admiration: “I didn’t know he could perform ballads so well,” “His voice is incredible.”
TAEHYUN also showed his presence as the “maknae” of the Korean team. He naturally integrated with LEE SEUNG GI, RYEOWOOK of SUPER JUNIOR, and CHUNG HA during the busking. He even nicknamed this quartet the “visual team,” bringing smiles to everyone present.
Previously, TAEHYUN had demonstrated his exceptional live skills through various content. Songs by TOMORROW X TOGETHER incorporating storytelling, as well as his solo tracks, collaborations, and covers, have all been praised by music fans worldwide.
