The group HI-FI UN!CORN colors the year 2026 with its own musical identity.
On January 19, HI-FI UN!CORN announced via its official social media its monthly digital singles project “H!dden Color”, accompanied by a presentation video.
According to the video, the “H!dden Color” project consists of a monthly series of Korean digital singles, with one release each last Friday of the month for a year starting in January. Each track explores the theme of “hidden and beautiful colors,” expressing emotions and musical nuances unique to the group that have remained discreet until now.
The project’s name, “H!dden Color”, symbolizes the discovery of colors that are still unknown but distinctive, reflecting HI-FI UN!CORN’s unique musical identity. The exclamation mark “!” replaces the “I” in the group’s name, illustrating the energy, surprise, and hidden colors that will gradually be revealed through the music.
The choice to release each last Friday of the month also draws attention: the tracks bring a new musical color to close the month, while anticipating the weekend and the next month.
HI-FI UN!CORN had already attracted attention last October with the release of the single “TEENAGE BLUE”, marking an active return in Korea. The group then held an Asian tour of the same name, showing notable growth.
In addition, the group demonstrated their stage skills and live performance mastery at various Korean festivals, such as “Beautiful Mint Life 2025″, “Busan International Rock Festival 2025″, “Grand Mint Festival 2025″, and “Countdown Fantasy 2025-2026″. Through this project, HI-FI UN!CORN aims to strengthen its musical connection with fans, both on stage and beyond.
The first single of the project will be released on January 30, the last Friday of the month. The group will then perform at the Korean festival “2026 First Music Station” on January 31, followed by Tokyo on February 22 for its first fanmeeting “Hi-Fi Universe”, illustrating their active presence in both Korea and internationally.
