The virtual idol group PLAVE has successfully completed the live viewing organized to commemorate its 3rd debut anniversary.
PLAVE successfully conducted the 3rd debut anniversary special live, broadcast last March 12 in 41 CGV branches across the country. This live, lasting approximately 120 minutes under a fan meeting concept, was composed of various stages and segments, creating a special moment with fans.
The live opened in a spectacular manner with the stage for “Pixel world”. After finishing their performance in a location identical to the set of the music video for their debut song “Wait for you”, the members warmly greeted the fans. They then began the live in earnest by addressing greetings to fans worldwide in several languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish.
During the question-and-answer segment that followed, questions regarding the upcoming comeback appeared. The members sang a part of the pre-release song a cappella, offering a surprise spoiler that sparked a lively reaction from the fans. Then, they performed a part-switch on “Watch me woo!”, revealing a different charm and further warming up the atmosphere.
After the first segment, the members moved to the ASTERUM special stage to perform “봉숭아”. HAMIN explained: “I chose this song because I feel like a warm spring scent emanates from the outside air”, thus conveying the seasonal feeling contained in the scene. The suave vocals then transmitted the atmosphere of the song even more deeply.
The second segment, the “ANGEL VS DEMON BALANCE GAME”, also followed. This segment, launched to check how well the members know each other, took place in a form where the other members had to guess each member’s choice. In particular, the honest answers and the joyful chemistry of the members made the fans laugh. After the segment, the angel version of “Way 4 luv” and the demon version of “Dash” were presented successively, simultaneously displaying opposite charms.
In the final segment “THE ALIEN’S GIFT”, the stage for “외계어송 DEMO”, included only in the physical CD of the first mini-album “ASTERUM : THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME”, was unveiled. They then shared the creation process of the song and the behind-the-scenes story of the composition, adding a special meaning: “We thought about what surprise gift we could prepare to commemorate this 3rd anniversary, and we prepared it thinking of the PLLI who have loved us consistently for a long time”.
PLAVE expressed its gratitude toward the fans through its final impressions. NOAH stated: “This live today was really fun and I was happy”, and YEJUN added his sincerity toward the fans: “I think it is because the PLLI are here that we were able to celebrate this 3rd anniversary like this”.
After the stage for the closing song “Our movie”, they presented their debut song “Wait for you” as an encore, concluding the 3rd anniversary commemorative live under the passionate cheers of the fans.
After the end of the live, the comeback date was revealed by surprise with scenes from the music video for “Dash”, the title track of the third mini-album released in 2025, filling the venues with a burning reaction. PLAVE announced its comeback for next April 13, increasing expectations for its future activities.
PLAVE showed a strong musical power by releasing its second single album “PLBBUU” last November. Then, the “2025 PLAVE ASIA TOUR DASH: QUANTUM LEAP ENCORE”, which was held last November 21 and 22 at the Gocheok SKY DOME in Seoul, was sold out for both days, successfully ending the first Asian tour since debut.
