In this special video titled “The Post Office”, the artist KIM SEJEONG takes part in a nostalgic and fun game: reading letters she sent to herself from the past to tell the key moments of her decade-long career. While sharing her memories, she must avoid “forbidden words” under penalty of receiving forfeits.

2018 – The year of recognition: This is the year of her debut as an actress in “School 2017” and her first excellence awards in variety and acting.

2020 – The solo transition: She shares her complex feelings during the disbandment of GUGUDAN and the challenge of having to fill the stage with her solo presence alone.

2022 – The global turning point: The global success of the drama “Business Proposal” marked her career, bringing her international recognition for which she is deeply grateful.
With great sincerity, KIM SEJEONG also addresses the difficult moments:
“I felt as if everything was collapsing. To keep running healthily, I learned that I needed to find ways to rest that suit me.” — KIM SEJEONG regarding her first burn-out in 2019.
She explains that in 2024, during a second period of intense fatigue, she knew how to listen to herself and take a break immediately, a sign of her personal growth.
