The number of dates for the South American tour of the group BTS has been increased.

BTS announced on the morning of April 8, via a notice published on the global super fan platform WEVERSE, the addition of an extra performance for each of the concerts scheduled for October in Lima, Peru, Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina as part of their South American tour. Thus, the “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’” will now take place over a total of 85 performances in 34 cities.
BTS is in the process of setting significant milestones in South America. They are the first Korean artists to enter the ESTADIO EL CAMPÍN in Bogota, Colombia and the ESTADIO ÚNICO DE LA PLATA in Buenos Aires. Furthermore, they become the first Korean artists to organize a solo concert at the ESTADIO NACIONAL in Santiago.
This is the first time that BTS will travel to Colombia, Peru, and Argentina as a full group. The expectations of local music fans are therefore ardent. Particularly in Peru, before the concert, fans began preparations to welcome BTS by actively participating in the “Plant a million trees” campaign in the historical protected area of Machu Picchu and by carrying out various activities such as the development of public spaces.
Moreover, BTS will begin the “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’” on April 9 at the main stadium of the Goyang Sports Complex. After meeting the public in Goyang for three days, they will travel to Japan on the 17th and 18th to perform at the TOKYO DOME. This tour will use a 360-degree stage.
