The members of 82MAJOR, idols specializing in performance, turned up the comeback fever by suddenly unveiling highlight snippets from their new album.
82MAJOR (Seongil, Yechan, Seongmo, Seongbin, Seokjoon, and Dogyun) published the highlight medley film of its mini-album “FEELM” on its official social media on April 19. The published video captivated fans’ eyes by including highlight sections of all the tracks from the album with a sensual video aesthetic. In particular, the intense gazes and restrained gestures of the members under bright lights created an even deeper atmosphere, increasing the anticipation for this comeback.
“W.t.f” which opened the video is a track where a jazz-style introduction and a plot twist with a heavy beat stand out. Next, the title song “Sign” unveiled its secrets, announcing the mature charm unique to 82MAJOR thanks to a dreamlike melody harmonized with a very addictive hook. In addition to this, varied genres such as the bubbly baile funk track “Cage”, “Circles” which melts the feeling of longing over a bass, and “Yessir!” a house dance track reinterpreting retro samples in a modern way, revealed an even more extended musical spectrum.
This new album “FEELM” is a compound word of “Feel” and “Film”, and is an album that contains moments of diverse emotions as if they were a film. As the members directly participated in the entire album, including writing lyrics, composition, and arrangement, proving their abilities as self-produced idols, attention is focused on the high-quality musicality and performance they will present.
The mini-album “FEELM” from 82MAJOR will be released on April 28 at 6 p.m. KST via various online music sites. Then, on the same day at 8 p.m., they will hold a “Showcase concert” at the YES24 WONDERLOCH HALL and plan to communicate directly with fans and begin their brilliant comeback activities.
