The actor and member of the group 2PM, OK TAECYEON, opens the second act of his life by celebrating his wedding.
OK TAECYEON ties the knot with his non-celebrity partner, four years his junior, this April 24 at a location in Seoul. The two individuals have ended up bearing fruit through marriage after pursuing their love for about 10 years.
The wedding ceremony of this day will be held behind closed doors in the presence of only family and close friends. The members of his group JUN.K, JANG WOOYOUNG, LEE JUNHO, and NICHKHUN will take charge of the congratulatory song, and HWANG CHANSUNG, as the “marriage senior”, will provide the hosting, thus adding a special meaning.
Previously, OK TAECYEON had pursued his love consistently after revealing the existence of his relationship in 2020, and personally announced the news of his wedding via a handwritten letter last November. At the time, he had received many congratulations by declaring:
“I have decided to spend the rest of my life with the person I have leaned on and trusted for a long time”.
On the recently revealed wedding invitation, one could read the phrase “two people who are a 10 out of 10 for each other are finally getting married”, giving a glimpse of the couple’s deep affection.
Born in 1988, OK TAECYEON debuted in 2008 as part of 2PM and has also expanded his field of activity as an actor.
2PM will organize an exclusive concert on May 9 and 10 at the “TOKYO DOME” to commemorate the 15th anniversary of its debut in Japan. This is the first time in about 10 years that the group will perform in full on the stage of the “TOKYO DOME”.
