The member of M.C THE MAX, ISU is releasing a new album.

ISU will release the new album “A BOY FROM THE MOON (2026)” via various online music sites on May 15 at 6 p.m. KST.
“A BOY FROM THE MOON” is an album that reinterprets with a more sophisticated sense the songs from “DELETE”, the first studio album and debut album of the group MOON CHILD, which can be called the predecessor of M.C THE MAX. ISU, who has perpetuated the musical color of the group with a delicate emotional line and a highly attractive vocal timbre for a long time, looks back on his past musical journey through this album.
In particular, while maintaining the narrative unique to the original song, musical perfection was maximized by adding a grandiose orchestra sound and dynamism. This track that connects the past and the present is expected to show once again the sensitivity and musical identity unique to M.C THE MAX.
The title song of the same name “A boy from the moon (2026)” is a ballad number depicting the poignant journey of a boy from the moon setting off in search of a girl left alone on Earth. The moments where they move toward each other in solitude were expressed by a restrained emotional line, and the will for a fatal love and salvation beyond simple reunions is contained therein with density. In a mysterious development that subtly crosses the border between fantasy and reality, ISU’s elaborate vocals shine and draw the essence of an unforgettable nostalgia.
In particular, this new song was revealed for the first time during the opening stage of the 2025-26 solo concert national tour “겨울나기” which successfully concluded at the end of last February, sparking an explosive reaction from fans. Its meaning is all the more special as it led to the official release of the sound source thanks to the warm support of the audience on-site.
Meanwhile, ISU will pursue various musical activities starting with the release of the new album “A BOY FROM THE MOON (2026)” on May 15.
