The singer-songwriter JEONG SEWOON enlists in the army.
According to the agency CAM WITH US, JEONG SEWOON enlists this June 23 as an active-duty soldier in the army to fulfill his national defense duty. The entry into the training center will take place behind closed doors, without a separate official event.
The agency announced JEONG SEWOON‘s enlistment on June 2, transmitting a message of recommendation:
“We ask you for many expectations and love for JEONG SEWOON who will greet you again with an even more developed image as an artist after his military service.”
JEONG SEWOON also organized on June 21, two days before his enlistment, an event concert titled “D-2” spread over a total of two sessions at the KT&G Sangsangmadang Hongdae Live Hall in the Mapo district of Seoul.
After finishing the stage, JEONG SEWOON shared his impressions at the time via his agency: “After returning well in good health, I still want to share many fun things together.”
On the other hand, JEONG SEWOON made himself known to the public by appearing in season 2 of the Mnet survival program “Produce 101” in 2017. Having made his debut as a solo singer the same year, JEONG SEWOON subsequently led dynamic activities by constantly making his own music heard.
