The group WANNA ONE, which reunited this year through a reality show, will this time meet its fans on stage after 9 years.

According to CJ ENM on July 7, WANNA ONE will appear as a special artist and take the stage during the Every K Festival “KCON LA 2026” which has been organized since 2012.
“KCON LA 2026” will be held for three days, from August 14 to 16, at the LA Convention Center and the Crypto.com Arena in the United States, and has confirmed its final line-up composed of a total of 34 artist teams.
During this event which encompasses not only K-POP but also K-lifestyle, programs allowing firsthand experience of various “K” cultures will be set up. In particular, on the stage of “M COUNTDOWN” which will deploy for 3 days, special stages that can only be seen at KCON are announced, raising expectation.
Among them, what attracts the most attention is the appearance of WANNA ONE. WANNA ONE plans to present a special performance on August 14, the first day of the event, and will once again step onto the KCON stage after 9 years since 2017. For WANNA ONE, taking the KCON stage again after 9 years since their appearance on the KCON stage in 2017, KCON LA holds an even more special meaning since it is the stage where they met global WANNABLEs for the first time right after their debut.
This stage will be prepared together by 9 members, excluding KANG DANIEL who is performing his military service and LAI KUANLIN who is active as a film director in China. As the members, who had missed this same stage for a long period, united their intentions despite busy schedules, they are expected to offer an unforgettable memory to fans.
Previously, WANNA ONE had reunited after about 7 years last April through the reality show “Wanna One Go: Back to base”, obtaining a burning reaction from fans. Although the end of the show last June left regrets, fans’ expectations are growing even more as they will this time harmonize their efforts on stage, beyond reality TV.
At the same time, NCT 127, ZEROBASEONE, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER will position themselves as headliners per day to present stages with a scale of about 1 hour, and plan to ardently heat up the LA night.
In addition, special stages prepared uniquely for KCON will also follow one another. Starting with the special stage of the MCs of the Mnet show “M countdown” called by the affectionate nickname of “Oisobak”, SO JUNGHWAN, PARK GUNWOOK, and KYEHOON, an unreleased reveal stage of “Exotic”, a B-side track from the 6th mini-album of ZEROBASEONE, as well as a solo cover stage of IU’s “Love wins all” by KIM TAERAE are announced, increasing expectations.
