As autumn approaches, ONEW, the leader of the group SHINee, begins to turn the clock toward his return to Japan.
At midnight KST on August 11, the detailed schedule for his fourth Japanese single “KAKERA -運命のピース-” was uploaded to ONEW‘s official social media. The release date of the track was confirmed for September 16 at 6 p.m. KST.
Starting with four types of concept photos, the tracklist, the music video teaser, the highlight medley and the album commentary will lift the veil one by one. The audio and the music video of the title song “KAKERA -運命のピース-” will be pre-released on September 9 at 6 p.m. KST, one week before the official release.
This single is a new opus presented to local fans about a year after his 2nd Japanese mini-album “SAKU”, released last October by ONEW. Just like the subtitle “Piece of Destiny”, songs comforting listeners with a special delicacy and lyrics imprinted with warmth are expected to be included.
ONEW is currently recruiting the 3rd generation of his official fan club JJINGGU on fromm, a fandom platform connecting artist and fans. JJINGGU is an affectionate nickname that ONEW usually uses to call his fans, and contains the meaning of friend. The recruitment period extends until August 31.
In addition, ONEW will kick off his solo concert “2026 ONEW CONCERT [ONEW THE LIVE : Q]” in Tokyo, Japan, on September 22 and 23.
