E'LAST - YEJUN
YEJUN expressed his feelings regarding the disbandment of his group E’LAST.

YEJUN wrote a long message on his social media on September 1: “After my trainee days started for the first time at 18 years old, I went through several crises where I risked not being able to debut, but I nevertheless held on and finally inscribed my name under the name of E’LAST”.
On that day, YEJUN confided: “How often does such an experience happen in a lifetime? Receiving so much interest and love from many people from very far away. I started because I loved music myself, but the fact that not only the music but also the person that I am was loved is truly ironic and fascinating”.
He continued: “Of course, I cannot say that I only wanted to make music, but it is rather because of that that I think I was sincere in all situations”, adding: “It might be a strange sentence, but I feel like I spent 7 years as simple human Oh Yejun rather than as Yejun of E’LAST”.
Furthermore, YEJUN conveyed his encouragement: “Some say that youth is a waste, but as long as there is breath, isn’t every moment youth? I did my best at every moment, I did it and that will be the case in the future too, so it is true that every moment is youth. I therefore wish that everyone reading this text does not waste things out of regret for past time. Not all time can be eternal, but that is why we can do our best”.
In addition, YEJUN declared: “I don’t think the most important thing is having shared these 7 years from start to finish. What matters is the fact of having been sincere during that period, and as it is a moment where I fully felt that sincerity, it was a perfect moment as Yejun of E’LAST, and even if I had to go back 7 years ago, I would make the same choice”.
Finally, YEJUN greeted: “Let’s finish with a smile! The fact that we are under the same sky does not change, so I hope you will not forget that when it is difficult, there were, there are and there will be presences that encourage each other under the same sky”.
Previously, YEJUN had debuted in 2020 in the 8-member boy group E’LAST. Subsequently, after a member reorganization process to become a 6-member group, the exclusive contract with the agency E Entertainment ended on the 31st of last month, leading to the disbandment process.

“After my trainee days started for the first time at 18 years old, I went through several crises where I risked not being able to debut, but I nevertheless held on and finally inscribed my name under the name of E’LAST.
How often does such an experience happen in a lifetime? Receiving so much interest and love from many people from very far away. I started because I loved music myself, but the fact that not only the music but also the person that I am was loved is truly ironic and fascinating. Of course, I cannot say that I only wanted to make music (haha), but it is rather because of that that I think I was sincere in all situations. It might be a strange sentence, but I feel like I spent 7 years as simple human Oh Yejun rather than as Yejun of E’LAST.
Some say that youth is a waste, but as long as there is breath, isn’t every moment youth? I did my best at every moment, I did it and that will be the case in the future too, so it is true that every moment is youth. I therefore wish that everyone reading this text does not waste things out of regret for past time. Not all time can be eternal, but that is why we can do our best.
As the moment comes to put a final period to these 7 years, I have said the word eternity a lot, and although I know that it is not possible, hoping for it to be so seems to be human nature. But well, as it is sincere, we can’t help it.
I don’t think the most important thing is having shared these 7 years from start to finish. What matters is the fact of having been sincere during that period, and as it is a moment where I fully felt that sincerity, it was a perfect moment as Yejun of E’LAST, and even if I had to go back 7 years ago, I would make the same choice. So let’s finish with a smile! The fact that we are under the same sky does not change, so I hope you will not forget that when it is difficult, there were, there are and there will be presences that encourage each other under the same sky. There is no separation without regret, but as better moments will inevitably come after the separation, I sincerely hope that this time will not be too long.
For 7 years, and perhaps even for an even longer period, this moment where we shared our sincerity while hoping for eternity will remain forever in my heart, so I hope you will never forget the moments spent together.”
