HYBE is reorganizing its labels and artist support organizations into an integrated global organization.

On October 27, HYBE announced the reorganization of the “Label Service” organization, which supported the distribution, marketing, and promotion activities of albums and tracks for its subsidiary labels, into a “Global Label Service” organization that provides common support to entities around the world.
Juan S. Arenas, Chief Intellectual Property Officer (CIPO) of HYBE AMERICA, was appointed to lead “Global Label Service”.

Global Label Service is an organization that serves as a global hub for music distribution, marketing, and promotion so that HYBE’s music can be delivered to markets worldwide.
It plays an all-around supporting role, not only for the global development of domestic artists, but also for the activities of HYBE’s foreign artists in Korea and other regions.
HYBE explained: “Based on establishing a global distribution strategy and managing the supply chain, we provide a stable commercial infrastructure, and we focus on expanding the influence of HYBE artists’ music on domestic and foreign markets through the management of distributors and online and offline platforms by region.”
Previously, in 2024, HYBE announced its new growth strategy “HYBE 2.0” and launched the Label Service organization within its U.S. subsidiary. Subsequently, it expanded it to labels in other regions such as Korea, and through this reorganization, it has established a structure that can be expanded and applied to all global entities.
Additionally, alongside the reorganization of the Global Label Service organization, HYBE has also strengthened its specialized personnel in the global distribution and artist services sectors. Nicole Sababa was appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) of the global distribution sector.
In the global artist services sector, the “Artist Success Unit” was created to serve as a dedicated communication channel with labels, manage projects by artist, and connect and coordinate the support services necessary for global activities. Melissa Victor-Burkhart, who served as Executive Vice President supervising public relations and brand strategy at Epic Records, was appointed Executive Vice President (EVP).
In parallel, Joana Fuentes, who has a long career in entertainment PR at CBS, Warner Bros., etc., will take charge of the artist PR domain for Global Label Service alongside Juan S. Arenas.
The position of CPTO, which will supervise human resources and organizational innovation across global bases such as Korea, Japan, the United States, Latin America, China, and India, was created, and Jenny Pef was appointed.
Lee Jae-sang, managing representative of HYBE, stated: “This reorganization of the Global Label Service organization is part of the “building of a global infrastructure” strengthening the music distribution, marketing, promotion, and public relations capabilities of HYBE artists active on the global stage from bases in Korea, Japan, the United States, Latin America, and India, and constitutes the starting point of the expansion and refinement strategy of the commercial infrastructure.”
