Earlier today (August 9th), VIXX was taking part in an outdoor event in Gyeongju, Gyeongnam Province. While VIXX was performing their last title song ‘Shangri La‘, N collapsed on stage.
Fan videos and photos of N‘s fall quickly spread online. VIXX leader was moved off of stage rapidly by staff member and taken to the nurse’s. This event triggered fans’ concern.
Consequently, VIXX‘s agency, Jellyfish Entertainment made an official statement: “Hopefully, N did not get injured. He was no victim to exhaustion, and neither was did he have a schedule that might have triggered this situation. N fainted due to the heat.“
Eventhough N‘s condition got better, the agency said that he had been taken to hospital for a general check up to make sure everything is alright.
N is no first victim to the heat onstage as fellow members, LEO and RAVI also had problems in May last year while performing in Mexico.
We hope that N is doing and fine, and that VIXX promotions in South East Asia will go as planned.
