Group IZ will return at high speed after three months, with its second single “FROM: IZ“.
Yesterday, IZ unveiled a group photo teaser for its second single, “From: IZ“, which will be released on August 21st on SNS, raising high expectations for the new album.
This second single from IZ follows the first single “RE:IZ” released last May, which included the message “우리들의 이야기는 아이즈로부터 (Our Story From IZ)”. If “RE:IZ” is the first step towards discovering the identity of the band, we can think that “FROM:IZ” will see the group grow, with the first song composed by the leader HYUN JUN.
With so far many performances, broadcasts and meetings with the fans, IZ have always continued to ask questions about their musical identity and their colors. This color is supposed to emanate from the group in order to represent it.
“FROM:IZ“, with its alternative sound, consists of five tracks, including the main track “너와 의 추억 은 은 여름 여름 같아“, the song “Burn” and the song “구름 의 속도” of the leader HYUN JUN. IZ chose “너와 의 추억 은 항상 여름 같아” as the title track, which has a color characteristic of the album.
The title track “너와 의 추억 은 항상 여름 여름 같아” adds a sense of calm based on the last goodbye of a summer love affair. The song is a combination of unknown but familiar emotions, as it contains a new heart while reviving the sense of rhythm.
IZ‘s second single, “From:IZ“, will be released on various music venues at 6pm KST on August 21st.
