On July 20th, LAI KUAN LIN announced that it wanted to end its contract with Cube Entertainment by filing a lawsuit.
The young singer criticized his agency for not playing the card of transparency and imitating his signature and those of his parents without their agreements.
Following the announcement, fans also pointed to LAI KUAN LIN‘s overloaded schedules since the end of its activities with the Wanna One group.
Following their first confrontation with the Seoul Court of Justice on August 23rd, it was revealed that LAI KUAN LIN had wished to avoid appealing to justice by settling the dispute amicably with Cube Entertainment.
Although the first confrontation was over, the young singer had said he could end it if his agency agreed to reconsider his decision.
In total, three confrontations took place between LAI KUAN LIN and his agency .
So it’s this Thursday, November 21st, that the Court of Justice revealed its final verdict in favor of Cube Entertainment, which stated:
“ We welcome the decision announced by the Court of Justice. Once again, we want to emphasize that LAI KUAN LIN‘s contract with Cube Entertainment is not over. Following the decision of the Court of Justice, our contract with LAI KUAN LIN is maintained and we will do our utmost to find amicable solutions with him. “
