B.I.G is making the headlines after appearing on KBS World Radio Arabic in « STAR Interview » last Wednesday.
Invited in « STAR Interview » on KBS World Radio Arabic, BENJI, GUNMIN, MINPYO, HEEDO and JINSEOK performed live their last comeback « ILLUSION » released on November 4, 2019. They showed as well their skills in arabic by saying few words.
The fans also asked if they were planning to visit an arab country again this year and GUNMIN said : « This year, we’ll go in more countries. » making Arab fans enthousiastic. Asked about their plan for this new year, BENJI replied : « We hope that we will be able to perform in arab countries again and meet the fans through various activities. »
When they appeared in the show last year, B.I.G members performed « LA BEZZAF », drawing attention from local listeners. Since then, they have been communicating with local fans and established themselves as global idols through SNS and cover videos of arab songs such as « LA BEZZAF », « LM3ALLEM », « BOSCHRET KHEIR » and « 3DAQAT ».
On November 2019, they held their first concert in Abu Dhabi invited by the Korean Cultural Center and met more than 1.000 fans. On December 23, 2019, they won the « Koreans who make Korea Shine Worldwide Award » for the contribution they made in promoting k-pop in the arab region.
B.I.G debuted in 2014 with the digital single « HELLO ». The members who have been communicating with fans through music, broadcasting and performances since then, came back with « ILLUSION » on Novembre 4, 2019 and are still active, appearing in various radio broadcasts like « STAR Interview » on KBS World Radio Arabic last Wednesday.
