Today, February 17th, WOOLLIM Entertainment sends us a press release to announce that member YUN KYUNG must suspend her activities due to a knee problem.
Group ROCKET PUNCH, which has been training for 6 months to make this return, required a lot of work from the bodies of the 6 young girls. After several examinations, YUN KYUNG was asked to rest so that his knee could recover.
ROCKET PUNCH made their comeback this month with a second mini-album “RED PUNCH” and the title “Bouncy“.

It’s Woollim Entertainment.
First of all, we would like to thank the fans for always supporting ROCKET PUNCH.
We would like to inform you about the activities of YUN KYUNG, member of ROCKET PUNCH.
Member YUN KYUNG was diagnosed with “traumatic sclerosis” due to knee pain during the preparation of the new album.
Following expert advice that this was not a problem in the activities, YUN KYUNG worked in different ways to minimize her activities and be successfully part of the promotion calendar, but after observing the situation, we decided that we could not involve her in choreographic activities, including during music shows.
However, there are no other problems than the knee. The member has a strong desire not to worry about the fans who were waiting for her return after 6 months. YUN KYUNG will participate in the promotion program with the exception of music shows and meet the fans.
Consequently, starting from this week’s shows, five members, not counting YUN KYUNG, will perform on stage. YUN KYUNG will join us as soon as she regains her health and visits the fans on stage.
Again, we would like to thank the fans for supporting us in their second mini album “RED PUNCH”, and we would like to say that we will support the artist’s health and condition first.

로켓펀치 멤버 윤경 활동 관련하여 안내드립니다.
멤버 윤경은 새 앨범을 준비하는 과정에서 무릎의 통증을 느껴 ‘외상성 활막염’ 진단을 받았습니다.
활동에 이상 없다는 전문의의 소견을 따라 이후에 진행한 일정에서 ‘윤경’의 활동을 최소화하며 아티스트의 컨디션 조절과 성공적인 컴백을 위해 다방면으로 힘써 왔으나, ‘BOUNCY’로 활동을 시작하며 상황을 지켜본 결과 음악방송을 비롯한 안무를 추는 스케줄을 소화하기에 무리가 있다고 판단하였습니다.
다만 무릎 이외에 다른 컨디션에는 문제가 없고 6개월 만의 컴백을 기다려주신 팬분들께 심려를 끼쳐드리고 싶지 않다는 멤버 본인의 의지가 커, 음악방송 제외한 스케줄만큼은 참여하여 팬 여러분을 찾아뵐 예정입니다.
이에 따라, 금주 음악방송부터 ‘윤경’을 제외한 다섯 멤버가 ‘BOUNCY’ 무대를 선보일 예정이며, 윤경은 건강을 회복하는 대로 합류하여 무대에서도 팬 여러분을 찾아뵐 예정입니다.
