MONSTA X‘s former member, WONHO has signed an exclusive contract with the Starship Entertainment’s label.

WONHO, who was the center of controversy after being suspected of smoking marijuana, was exonerated by the police who proved his innocence. The singer is therefore preparing to return to the entertainment industry after finding a new agency.
Providing news of the signing of an exclusive contract with WONHO this April 10th, Highline Entertainment said it will not refrain from providing full support to help him become a solo artist and producer.

WONHO said, “I deeply regret the foolish and reckless behavior of the past,” and added, “I really thank the fans for giving me this opportunity, and I will do my best to repay your support.“
Highline Entertainment is a Starship Entertainment label, to which MONSTA X belongs, where WONHO worked. DJ Soda and others are included.
WONHO came under fire in October last year when Jeong Da-eun, a former “Ulzzang Era”, disclosed his default on a debt. He was later laundered after a police investigation after being suspected of smoking marijuana. WONHO had to leave MONSTA X in the face of its weight.
