The group of girls BLACKPINK has once again proven its presence on the Billboard charts with its new song “How you like that“.

“How you like that” ranked 33rd on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on July 11th, 2020,” said the Billboard chart on its official Twitter account on July 7th, adding: “BLACKPINK has made it for the second time in his career a 33rd place in the Hot100 ranking, a fifth presence in its history.”
Previously, BLACKPINK was named 33rd on the Billboard Hot 100 list with “Sour candy” in collaboration with Lady Gaga, thus breaking the presence of a group of K-pop girls, of all time, in the Hot100.
Immediately after its release, “How you like that” shows its global influence by taking the lead in major music sites in Korea, ranking #1 in 64 countries around the world on iTunes, #2 in the Spotify Global ranking Top 50, and entering for the first time 20th of the British Official Singles Chart.
In particular, the video for “How you like that” drew 86.3 million views on the first day of release, making it a great success in becoming a Guinness World Record in several categories. The clip set a new world record of 100 million views in 32 hours and 200 million views in seven days.
Even in the detailed indicators, the presence of “How you like that” on the bulletin boards was excellent.
“How you like that” finished second in the Billboard ranking this week. “Wash us in the blood“, sung together by Kanye West and Travis Scott, topped the list. In addition, the song also reached the top of the Billboard World charts for digital song sales the same day. On graphics, BLACKPINK also dominated the charts with “Boombaya“, “Playing with fire“, “If it’s your last“, “Ddu-du ddu-du” and “Kill this love“. It is therefore the sixth time in its career that the group has topped the ranking.
With the successful debut of “How you like that” on the Billboard charts, expectations for the next single and new album in September should also increase.
